Strawberry pave with white chocolateIngredients:
500g melted white chocolate
2 cans of cream
1 packet of champagne biscuits (180g)
3 boxes of strawberries cut in half (900g)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
White chocolate shavings to decorate.Directions:
In a bowl, put the chocolate, milk cream and mix until it's homogeneous.
In a medium refractory, intersperse layers of biscuit, chocolate and strawberries mixed with sugar, ending with strawberry with sugar.
Decorate with the chocolate zest and take to the fridge for 3 hours.
Retreat and serve next.
