Cream cheese jelly and blackberry jamIngredients1 liter of milk
1 cup of condensed milk
2 bars of cream cheese
1 spoon of vanilla
4 tablespoons of gelatin
For the homemade jam
2 cups of blackberries
1 cup of sugarDirections:Wash and disinfect the blackberries, reserve.
Hydrate the gelatin in ½ cup of water, reserve.
Melt the gelatin in the microwave, let it warm up a bit before adding it to the mixture.
Blend the milk, cream cheese, condensed milk and vanilla.
Add the gelatin to the cream cheese mixture and incorporate.
See yourself in a greased gelatin mold. You can use individual glass glasses for your special guests.
Refrigerate the cream cheese jello until set.
Place the blackberries and sugar in a pot, heat over low heat, let the sugar dissolve and the jam begins to thicken, rest and let cool.
Serve the jelly with the blackberry jam.
