Chocolate eyes
Ingredients2 1/2 cups flour1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
baking powder
2 eggs
Vanilla
3/4 cup oil
1 cup corn starch250g chocolate couverture
100ml heavy cream

1. Beat the eggs a little
2. Add the oil, sugar and vanilla, beat again a little more
3. Sift the dried ones and form a dough
4. Take small balls of dough, and make a hole in the middle
5. Put in a barely oiled roasting pan, and take to the oven for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees
6. For the filling, heat the cream and once hot add the chopped chocolate and stir until dissolved
7. Wait for it to temper, and place in the holes of the eyes once they are cold
