Black Forest on the tray
IngredientsFor the dough:1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
5 egg(s)
3 packs of chocolate pudding powder, for cooking
1 packet custard powder, for cooking
1 pack of baking powder
For covering:2 large glasses of sour cherries, pitted
2 packets of vanilla custard powder, for cooking
3 cups of whipped cream
50 g grated chocolate
Directions:Mix together the oil, sugar, eggs, 3 packs of chocolate pudding powder, 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder and baking powder – for at least 10 minutes. Then pour the mixture onto a deep baking tray lined with parchment paper.Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 15 minutes.Boil the sour cherries with the juice and 2 packs of vanilla pudding powder (mix this with a little cherry juice first) and spread over the still hot dough.Let cake cool for at least 1 hour.
Whip the whipped cream and pour it over the cake.Serve decorated with chocolate shavings.
