Simple Stuffed and Topped Coconut Cake

Ingredients
250 grams of flour
1 spoon of baking powder
150 grams of butter
250 grams of sugar
4 eggs
1 spoon of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
160 ml of coconut milk
1 stick of butter
2 cream cheese bars
1 package of unflavored gelatin
1 cup coconut cream
2 cups grated coconut

Directions:
In a bowl, sift the flour and mix it with the yeast and salt. Reserve.
In a mixer, mix butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one by one, without stopping beating, and then the vanilla.
Add the two mixtures, stir, add the coconut milk and beat a little more. Pour into a greased form and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
While the cake is baking, prepare the filling by beating the butter and cream cheese in a mixer, then adding the gelatine and coconut cream.
Take the cake out of the oven, wait to cool down a bit, cut it in half with a knife, spread the stuffing and also put it as a frosting. Finish with grated coconut.
