Ingredients

Dough
-1 and 1/2 cup of coconut flour
-1 and 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
200 ml of coconut milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking soup.

Topping
2 tbsp coconut sugar;-1 avocado;-2/3 banana;-2 tbsp raspberry.

Directions:

Dough
Beat all the ingredients, mixing the flour and baking powder last and put it in a greased shape with coconut oil spray and coconut flour. Take to preheated oven, leaving for 30 min. at 180 degrees.

Coverage
Knead and mix the ingredients well and pass through a sieve. Put it in a plastic with a confectionery nozzle on the tip and form drops over the cake. Sift over 1 teaspoon of Copra coconut sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
