Rolls with Walnuts
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and yeast.
- Add the warm water and melted butter to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.

- Sprinkle the walnut mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll up the dough tightly from the long side, and pinch the edges to seal the roll.
- Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
