Preparation:
Beat the top 6 ingredients with the mixer and add the flour mixed with baking powder.
Knead everything into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet.
Spread the dough out on the baking sheet with your hands, flatten it evenly and pull up a small edge.
Lightly flour your hands if the dough sticks! Prick with the fork.
Place the plums, core side up, on the dough, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar and top with the crumbled amaretti.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes. Chopsticks and sight test!
