Quick plum cake on tray
It doesn't get any faster! Our plum cake is unbeatable. Best of all: You can prepare the simple batter in the springform pan or on the baking sheet.
Ingredients:
8 tbsp oil
8 tablespoons milk 0.3 – 3.5%
8 tablespoons sugar, max. 100 g
8 tbsp quark, max. 250 g
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
400 grams of flour
1 ½ pack baking powder
1 kg plum(s), pitted and halved - sweet, not plums
30 cookie(s), (Amarettinis)
2 tablespoons cinnamon - sugar, possibly more
