Good night jelly
Ingredients1 can of condensed milk, (397 g) for the milk gelatin1 can of evaporated milk, (360 ml) for the milk gelatin
1 1/2 cups cow's milk, for the milk gelatin
4 envelopes of gelatin, (28 grams) melted and hydrated
1/2 sachets of strawberry jelly, 25 g
1/2 cups water, hot
1/2 envelopes of lemon jelly, 25 g
1/2 cups water, hot
1/2 envelopes of pineapple jelly, 25 g
1/2 cups water, hot

Pour a quarter of the milk gelatin into a mold. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Dissolve the strawberry, lemon and pineapple gelatin envelopes in hot water. Booking.
With the help of a leaf-shaped cookie cutter and a circular one, cut the milk jelly in the shape of a Christmas Eve. Remove what you cut so that the spaces remain.
Fill the leaves with the strawberry jelly and other lemon to make the flower petals. Fill the center with the pineapple jelly. Refrigerate until set.
Pour the rest of the milk gelatin over the curdled gelatin. Refrigerate until set and unmold.
