Creamy red fruit jelly, with condensed milk
Ingredients3 cups of red fruits (blackberries, raspberries and strawberries)1 can of condensed milk
250 grams of cream cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup of water
4 envelopes of gelatin

Blend the condensed milk, the cream cheese and the evaporated milk with two cups of red fruits.
Add the hydrated gelatin and mix.
Pour into a jelly mold and refrigerate.
Decorate the red fruit jelly with more red fruits.
