Beef tacos
Ingredients:400 grams of cooked and shredded beef brisket.
1/2 red onion filleted.
4 finely chopped red tomatoes (without seeds).
4 serrano chiles cut into slices.
1 orejona lettuce cut into thin strips.
1/4 bunch of coriander finely chopped.
20 milliliters of olive oil.
3 pinches of salt.
2 pinches of ground pepper.
2 avocados cut into medium cubes.

In a bowl, add the shredded meat with the onion, tomato, chile, lettuce, coriander, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix until integrated and decorate with the avocado.
